I just tried this using:

	./kn10-ks /dev/null
                load @.ddt-70-u
                load nsalv-262-u
                load itsbin.1650db-u
                dump @.its-1650db-u

and then updated a copy of my INI file to load that @.its-1650db-u image and all worked perfectly fine.

    Probably, but it's not 100% certain.  To be sure I looked at the
    @.nsalv-260-u file supplied with KLH10 and yes, it does include a DDT.

    You are right, it would make sense to use the BIN file instead.  It
    doesn't matter much, the end result should be the same.  I couldn't say
    why the instructions were written that way.
